The service was pleasant and very quick. The restaurant feels quite new. However, the vegan options need improvement. I won’t be returning until this changes, which is unfortunate. View all feedback.

I would give it a 5-star rating if it weren't for the generally higher prices compared to what I'm used to. They offer a diverse range of dishes, including breakfast sandwiches, grilled items, sushi, and a wide selection of snacks and drinks. I think the management does a commendable job of keeping the place clean, well-stocked, and providing efficient service.
The hot food bar offered a nice variety of vegetarian, seafood, and meat dishes, along with a decent selection of cold items like salads and cold noodle dishes. In addition to the Asian offerings, there were also some tasty options such as BBQ chicken wings, Jamaican chicken, orzo with chicken, and mixed grilled vegetables. The café has a charming, cozy atmosphere and features a cute name. It has tables by the windows and even a small outdoor courtyard for nice weather. They serve coffee all day and have a good assortment of bottled juices, teas, and energy drinks. There are also snacks available, including chips, cookies, and protein bars. Overall, I believe this café is worth visiting if you're in the building for a conference or another reason. Personally, I wouldn't go out of my way to find parking just for the restaurant, but that’s just my opinion!
I come here often, it's close to my work. The sandwiches are great. The breakfast buffet is just as good as the Omelet made to order. The lunch buffet aleays has a good fish option that is very nice.
I have been eating at this café basically Monday through Friday since it opened last year. I've eaten at a long list of office building cafes in my life and can honestly say this is by far the best. The old café, Café Gallery, was a bit dark and gloomy with the same fried food options on the hot bar every day. Sprout is bright and cheery and always very very clean. The staff and the owner are super friendly. The hot food options vary quite a bit throughout the week. For breakfast, there is always a variety of options including omelets and pancakes. For lunch, there is always fresh fish of some kind, chicken, beef, pork and a dozen other things like roasted vegetables, noodles, etc. The food consistently tastes fresh and I don't think I've ever tried something I didn't end up liking. They also have a salad bar and a sushi bar with at least a dozen types of rolls that rival or surpass what is available in the area. All made fresh in house! There is a dedicated sandwich bar, too. I know that some people think that $7 for a sandwich or panini is too much but I don't think so when the sandwiches and paninis are made with Boars Head brand meats and cheeses and cooked perfectly. Finally, there's a coffee bar. While the coffee can get a bit cool in between refills of the larger dispensers, it's generally fresh and tastes pretty good. It might seem odd for someone to write a review of a café in an office building, but I'm sitting here eating a late lunch from Sprout right now and it's delicious. So I figured I should share my thoughts about the place. In my opinion, it has a lot of charm, the staff are super friendly and food is quite good. I give it a 5 star rating compared to other such cafes.
