At the service manager Hannah was very patient to help us find out if we have forgotten to order an article or if we paid for it and did not receive it. Absolute jewel of a manager, patience even during the closing time deserves to shout out.

I have been visiting this restaurant for 15 years and it has always been a great spot. Recently, it seems there’s been new management, and they are doing a fantastic job. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I often order the grilled chicken club, and the bacon is always cooked to perfection.

The sandwiches are consistently made exactly as described, and I absolutely love them, whether it's the chicken or the veggie melt. I've also used their catering menu several times, and it has always been a hassle to go elsewhere. I want to give a huge shout-out to Ana Campos, who was incredibly professional on the phone and handled my order flawlessly. She truly saved us during a stressful moment and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the entire experience.

Olo was incredibly cheerful, kind, friendly, and helpful with all my questions about the app process. She patiently took the time to explain everything to me multiple times. The two gentlemen who prepared our sandwiches were attentive and listened to my inquiries since it was my first time there. Our sandwiches were outstanding. Having worked in customer service for 20 years, it made my day to see that there are still employees who genuinely love what they do. Thank you, Olo!
