Mcdonald's - Rockville

I ordered a smoothie with a mix of flavors, but it didn't turn out as expected. When I requested a replacement, I received a completely unprepared smoothie that had visible chunks of cream.

First of all, I have to say that the employees working at 7:49 AM were incredible! When I placed my order, the gentleman helping me was not only polite but also very friendly. I found myself thinking, "Am I really at McDonald's?" Then, when I received my order from a woman, she was just the sweetest! She took her time to ensure everything was perfect. I was truly impressed by how courteous everyone was. I would return to this location solely because of the fantastic experience with the staff. As for the food, it was delicious! The biscuit was fluffy and moist, unlike the hard, dry cookies you often encounter elsewhere. The meal was served warm, and my sweet tea was perfectly sweet. Everything was so good that I felt compelled to leave a comment!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I have to say that Alexander, the drive-thru staff member, is the most professional and friendly person I’ve ever met at a McDonald’s. I wish all McDonald’s had staff like him. Five stars!

I guess they expect a pregnant woman to eat raw meat ?

It’s great for some who likes burnt hard French fries and dry chicken sandwiches. Nope wasn’t satisfied, but then again you get what you pay for
