When we arrived I stood at the counter for quite a while before someone came up. Then when we went to get my husband's pop there were dead gnats all over counter, and very few napkins. Then we went over to wait for my Carmel frappe, there were dead flies on both shelves where you pick up the drink. The floors and countertops and the front of the counter were discussing, spilled liquids that had dried and just dirty. The floors had dirt on them and looked like they had not been mopped in a very long time. When we went to sit down most of the booths were not clean and you could tell they hadn't been in quite a while. The front entrance of the store and the windows were a mess, very messy and smeared really bad. It was just a bad experience, and I will never go back. As someone as a shift leader at a fast food place, this “manager” is not treating her customers right. She rolls her eyes every time a high schooler comes in, and has kicked us out every friday for the last 3 weeks and blames it on understaffing.
