When I arrived to pick up my Uber Eats order, the staff accused me of theft because my credit card details weren’t visible and my phone number was missing. Despite this, they still went ahead and charged me. I verified with Uber that I was billed for the sandwich since the order had already been processed. This was a terrible experience—karma will catch up with them.

The restaurant is always clean and inviting, and the owners are exceptionally kind and friendly. It’s my go-to spot whenever I crave Subway.

The cook... read more I visited Subway after making 10 stops, excited for a great sandwich. I waited in line behind a guy who was ordering without any issues, so I sat down. The cook saw me waiting, but suddenly another customer came in, even though I was first. The cook took his order before mine. Feeling disrespected, I left without any food and faced a 1 hour and 20 minute drive back home to Stockton. I hope to have better service at Togo's.
