My chicken soup was disappointing. There were hardly any noodles, and the amount of chicken was minimal. We had a late dinner because of work, and this is what we received. Lesson learned—this is not the same Panera quality I used to know.
My daughter really likes the food here, but I’m not impressed. I visited the drive-thru, and when I paid, I got a glimpse of how they prepare the mac and cheese. It was rather unappetizing; they use plastic bags to heat the mac and cheese in a microwave before transferring it to a paper container. Honestly, you could save money and make something better at home.
