I visited the drive-thru, and when I paid, I got a glimpse of how they prepare the mac and cheese. It was rather unappetizing; they use plastic bags to heat the mac and cheese in a microwave before transferring it to a paper container. Honestly, you could save money and make something better at home.

Then, it took another 15 minutes to place my order, which was just two bagels and a tea. They appeared to be out of almost everything. The cashier had to return to the window three times to confirm my order, yet it was still wrong. Seriously? I can't imagine how frustrating it must be on a busy day. I usually don’t leave reviews, but after five visits with no improvement, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back to this location.

We had a late dinner because of work, and this is what we received. Lesson learned—this is not the same Panera quality I used to know.
