The chicken was burnt, and the fries were also overcooked. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were the only items that were bearable. We ended up throwing away almost all the food. The place felt dirty and old. I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, this means I’ll have to go next door to a different restaurant.

They kept chatting among themselves despite my attempts to get their attention. I had to raise my voice just to be noticed, and even then, it didn’t help. This isn't my first bad experience at this location, but it will definitely be my last. If I behaved like that at my job, I would have been fired. Showing care and respect in customer service is crucial.
