The staff puts in a lot of effort to get your order quickly. While you can place your order in person, it’s recommended to order through the website, app, or at the kiosk for better timing and safety.

When I first moved to Rocklin, the city was dry when it came to boba choices. Everything around was poor quality, sugary powder mixed in milk nothing comparable to what I was used to back in the Bay. Then, Bubble University came about and it is the only place I frequent, I come here at least twice per week at minimum.Recently, however, I ordered a drink that requested pearls but the pearls were forgotten. My years of being a middle school teacher have taught me be petty and hold people accountable. I came back today to order another boba and requested the missing pearls be provided. The person at the counter was happy to abide and provided me a small cup of pearls which I happily slurped in the car as a amuse bouche before my drink.Thank you, Bubble University. Your quality and customer service continues to be excellent.
