Specialty drinks were great!!! Staff could be a little more friendly.

I ordered a delivery order through their website and got a call stating they had no delivery driver. The woman on the phone offered to give me a desert from my trouble while not giving back the tip or delivery charge and then had the audacity to state that she couldn 't give a refund until the following Friday (5 days from this review) when I asked about just getting the difference back and picking up my order. I then asked her to cancel the order and was then met with again that they couldn 't give a refund again until next Friday. I 'll end up doing a chargeback and going to literally any other pizza place, there 's no shortage of them.

I look at the reviews posted on Google, and wonder about the people who made them. Lets start with the food. I ordered something called, Ragin ' Cajun ' Pasta . What a huge disappointment. First, there was nothing Ragin ' about this dish and sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on it does not make it Cajun ' . There was nothing spicy about this dish, and in fact I had to sprinkle red pepper flakes on it just to give it a little spice. I can say one good thing, the beer was cold. My dinner partner had spaghetti with meat sauce. First, since when is Angel hair pasta called spaghetti. Then the sauce was ok, until you ran into the raw carrots in the sauce. I can see, that I might be ignorant and not have had carrots in any of the several hundred spaghetti and meat sauce I have had before in my life, but who puts RAW carrots in there. Yuck. I will not return to this restaurant, as there is no reason for me to this this place a second try. Well actually, I had gone once before, but was not sure if it was still the same owners, so I did not include it in this review.

Best Italian food and best service I have found in the north Viera area. It's a really nice place to come hang out, have some great food and socialize. They have trivia events and watch parties for gameday, and other stuff going on. Everything on the menu is good but definitely get a pizza, the Cajun pasta, stromboli, or the spaghetti. The pastas come with garlic knots which are great too! It looks small on the outside but a lot bigger inside. Full bar, beer on tap, and overall great team working there.

Went to Baci last night and had a fun time with bingo. Service was slow, but probably because of the event. I ordered the shrimp flatbread and it was divine! My husband ordered a Stromboli and it was not cooked in the middle. We also got the Baci balls and they were good. Their martinis are well made and a good price as well.
