Went there this mor... read more I am not one to say anything, but I have to place a review for this location. They need to get staff that actually knows what they?re doing. Went there this morning, waited 23 minutes for two coffees and a sandwich instead I got a cold coffee not filledall the way and hot latte was wrong and cold as well and I got a donut instead of a sandwich??? I have been here several timesand they always get something wrong. The only one time they Got something right was when the manager, I think she is the managerbecause she is always there working and very friendly, and knows what she is doing? This location is very slow, staff looksconfused?. No wonder this location is never busy? sad to say, but they lost another customer, we will drive to other locationson US1 in Rockledge or Viera? Their coffee is nice and hot and they are quick and get orders right?

The regular glazed were alright.

I tol... read more I’m diabetic and specifically asked for sugar-free vanilla flavoring. The girl at the window tried to give me a drink with caramel swirled around the cup. I told her that wasn’t mine and explained that I can’t have that because of my diabetes. She insisted that I wouldn’t taste the caramel and that’s how they always prepare it. I pointed out that they don’t always make it that way, as I order them often. When I reiterated that I can’t have all that sugar, she seemed upset because she had to remake the drink.

There was one occasion when I ordered a sandwich without bacon, but it ca... read more The staff is always very friendly, and the food and drinks are consistently excellent! There was one occasion when I ordered a sandwich without bacon, but it came with bacon. They handled it perfectly and quickly made me a new one without any hassle! Overall, this is definitely the best Dunkin' in town.
