I went around 2.15 clock through the drive-thru and went 5 minutes on the road to eat my lunch, but the burger was cold, not even warm, although in the bag with hot chips. when I wanted to complain (because I'm sick that I wear bad service or bad food and didn't say anything) the manager said that the burgers are always built at the place for each order. this is not the case with my order today. I'm strictly talking about the port kennedy place. I am appalled by the quality of food here. I got severe food poisoning from here and called up the next day for a refund and they hung up on me. I hope noone has this. My onion rings were stale and cold. My fiances chips were the same. Made terribly (the burgers) and we're barely warm considering they make it all fresh. Both will never go back.
Had the Halloween whopper delicious and soooo cheesy definitely worth a try before it ends!
It gets a 4 star purely for the amazing guy that works on the drive through and provides amazing service every time and is so enthusiastic about his job,
I don't take the time to review fast food outlets unless they're particularly excellent or particularly off the mark.
Skimp on portion sizes, underfill drinks cand ice creams consistently. In dire and desperate need of refurbishment, or better still, demolishing and reconstruction. Routinely closes the restaurant area well before displayed closing time.
