The experience began with a disappointing encounter with an unfriendly young woman at the counter. I was surprised to see the sad-looking fish on my plate, as I had expected to find only rubber sharks at a toy store. The chips were also a letdown, with the potatoes appearing to be in a sorry state, cut up into small pieces. Neither the food nor my mood were uplifted by the meal. Visited Sun 7th May for the first time. Price was cheap but the portion size extremely small. Won't be back.
The worst fish n chips I've ever had! The picture says it all... the chips were soaked in oil and inedible! Fish cake was over cooked, lacked in flavour and was also on edible...

I am appalled at the lack of service that was given to me tonight. After ordering 2 large fish and chips, I saw that on the receipt it said standard fish and chips. I enquired and the staff advised me they only have one size, after learning of this I ordered another bag of fish and chips for myself and my husband. After arriving at home with my freshly cooked take out meal, I started to unpack only to discover the portion size was of a child's. Myself and my husband continued to open the rest of the bags to find they were all small portions. We even counted 18 chips in one bag (I swear McDonald's give more than that!). I am so disappointed that I took upon calling them to let them know how disappointed we were. The manager came to the phone and advised the chips were of a $1.50 portion... how disgusting!! The customer service is just appalling and we will not be going there again! I have attached a photo showing exactly what the one bag looked like...
