Firehouse Subs - Feedback

What Ryan Star doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
I used to come here multiple times a year but stopped because the prices were no longer worth it.Decided to go back today on my father's word.His order was correct.But my very simple order was wrong.I mean it was a cold cut sub!!!!!Plain turkey, cheese and extra onions.They made it wrong twice.TWICE!!!!!!!!!!How and why did my make-up order have toasted bread.... ??‍??‍I WANTED A COLD SUB!!!!!I wanted extra onions th... I enjoyed a fresh salad with tuna atop. While I 'd go there again, I 'd advise you not go if in a hurry or you should plan to order ahead to reduce wait time because it isn 't fast food. I ordered a side with my salad which they left off the to-go order but when I called to notify them of the error they happily offered an IOU or for me to come back and pick up the missing item.
