Was not good. Was brought straight home and the fried chicken was cold. It's the only thing I like from y'all and it was cold. Professionally cooking fried chicken for years, I know how long it stays hot, and fresh and this definitely wasn't. View all feedback.
Eating was cold and not a great taste. when the server served, pommes fell on my GF-lap and laughed.

Great service, great food. I was very happy with the way the person taking my order worked with me to maximize the choices and value for the food that I wanted to purchase for takeout.
Wasn’t the best. You could tell it was cooked previously reheated. Manager seemed occupied with personal business sitting in dining room gossiping. Obviously someone irritated them. Not the place or time. Poor atmosphere. Poor management.I have no desire to return to your establishment. Therefore no need for a confidential conversation. Once my wife I overheard “alteration of food” (this is worded kindly) we got up left. No customer should have to worry about their food safety just because one has personal issues. Thank you for your follow up but no thank you.
Went to Smithfield's Hamlet today and ordered the Family Pak with BBQ a standard order. Had to pull over to wait for my order, but it wasn't a long wait. Got home NO BBQ. Hubs immediately going back, the family is ready to eat. Called SF, Angela answered. Explained what happed Oh sorry. Did you want it?.... I explained yes we did hubs on the way, She said ask for her. Hubs went in to get it asking for Angela. She slid the BBQ at him said Sorry and turned around. Hubs pretty ticked it wasn't our fault SOMEBODY made a mistake. Never had this rudeness at SF ever and have purchased MANY dinners for business, church, and home. Angela, anyone can make a mistake, we understand. But remember that customer satisfaction why you have a paycheck.
