We've always had excellent service and speedy delivery from this place. No complaints about anyone--drivers are always nice and even when we order on busy days they're pretty fast. I will also note they did contactless delivery during the pandemic which I really appreciated. View all feedback.
What k Johnson doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Thin crust and hand tossed are decent. Usually cooked right. Can never get the pan pizzas right. Every time they are under cooked. I order them well done. Still come raw. I had to bring back my most recent pan pizza after trying again because it was so raw I couldn’t pick it up. Despite ordering well done. Again. So. I couldn't seem to access my free pizza rewards so I called Dominoes Rockford and was handed over to a manager who had been with the franchise for 33 years. When I explained my frustration to him, he was most accommodating and I recieved the bestHoney bbq, onion, chicken, bacon pizz,a I have ever had i Thakn you dominoes for Continuing your great service in tough times! I'm impressed!
We always have GREAT service and food when ordering from this dominos. Last night after waiting 2.5hrs for Pizza Hut (less then a mile away) to deliver and never showing up I placed an order 30 minutes before close at this Domino's (sorry about that butthank you so much) and the driver showed up EARLIER then anticipated and was still friendly and the food was great. We willnever be ordering from Pizza Hut instead again (no matter how much the family wants stuffed crust). Thank you again!
I have generally have good experiances with this Domino's. The online ordering always seems to work and the food comes fast. Delivery people are always nice and the food is pretty much always hot. We have had a few issues with pizza being cut veryoddly or forgetting a dipping sauce. Would reccomend.
Beautiful convenience, a beer or cocktail next door at Billy's then with home a gluten-free pizza and any combination desired on a customized for customer pizza. Great value to order great website!
