The only issue we encountered was having to request a plate for the salad. The food was served hot and made to order, and everything was thoroughly cooked. The chicken tenders were tender and not tough at all. The atmosphere was nice.

Instead of making my order, the manager gave me a refund, which I hadn't even requested. He then said they could make my food but I would have to wait again. After waiting for an hour, they informed me they wouldn't be making my food due to the refund issue, and suggested they could charge me again and then make my food. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and care they provided. It was clear they were not attentive to their customers' needs and did not communicate effectively. The only reason I am giving one star is because I have to give at least one star.

We had to ask for a server to refill the salad bar, as there was no one attending to it. There were too many employees, resulting in some dishes being overcooked or undercooked. We used to enjoy coming here, but the lackluster quality of the food is disappointing. It's unfortunate that this restaurant seems to prioritize quantity over quality. We may not return in the future.
