Kfc - Rock Hill

Didn’t say one word to me when I got to the window. Not even to take my money. Then when I reached to grab my food he was holding it and pulled back. Once I tried to grab it again he said “huh” for here take it. Then closed the window. No have a good day or nothing. Rude yes. 3/15/24 11:54

The staff were phenomenal: very polite, courteous, patient and professional. Our food was hot and tasty. We got the 3 piece, extra crispy, with fries and it was great! The restaurant was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

This location has the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I can't speak on whether food was any good because we left before we ordered. If you work with the public, you need a good attitude. She had a terrible attitude. Will never go back.

Crispy Chicken, biscuits and french fries were good as usual everything else ?? specially the green beans, the worst I ever tasted in a Restaurant (overcooked). Now the fountain was empty and when inquiring about it and asked for Mountain Dew I got served a watery drink with not flavor just plain water with some color on it, couldn't drink that, afraid of wherever that was it. Servers were ok and very attentive at this southern location.
