This location was booked when I went here and I still got my order in under 5 minutes. There was a line wrapped all around the parking lot but the employees worked very quickly and diligently to get the orders out. What James Hulette doesn't like about Dunkin':
The iced coffee is a waste of money at this Dunkin. It tastes like water. It’s happened to us the last two times we’ve been here. How does the iced coffee taste like water when you guys have the iced coffee taps? Please make this make sense. We just had to throw away three large iced coffees because of how horrific they were. They were busy but no complaints, food good and perfectly done . Friendly service even for such a busy time!!

I have not gone through the drive thru, so my review is based solely on in store service.My food coffee is always made correctly quickly. People taking my order are always friendly patient with me as I decide what to order.It's always clean in the store in the restroom. The parking is limited because they share a small parking lot with other businesses, but since most people are just picking up orders, they come go often. I usually have no problem finding a space.Parking: Small parking lot in the front near entrance. BUT, turnover is fast in parking lot, since most people are just picking up orders.There is more parking behind next to the building both further from the entrance more inconvenient. There's no easy way to get from back parking lot to entrance, and the side parking is often blocked by cars in drive thru.
I have bad memories of the Dunkin in Charlotte that ripped me off bad on an eclair I bought.
