Bojangles - Rock Hill

The service was very slow and the 3 pieces chicken highest meal was very small compared to all other places where I get the same meal. Maybe I've ordered the little bun mistakenly.

I went through the drive thru, I got 2 dinners,2 breast dinner with 2 sides a large tea for my husband since he worked a 12 hour shift I got me a 5 piece dinner with 2 sides mac cheese pintos with honey mustard,drive all the way home,my sides were missing honey mustard silverware for both dinners,called,go all the way back get RICE mac honey mustard,get home finally to eat since I have been up since 5 am have not ate yet husbands box falls apart,hits the floor the dogs get to eat dinner......

I always use drive thru. You get your food but the staff is rude. They hand your bag and shut the window so quick you can't ask for condiments. When you pull up to drive thru you get greeted with....WHAT YOU WANT.

The food was very good and always is we are normal customers at Bojangles and will be back thanks again

The manager on duty tonight made my night. I was missing some items out of my bag I came in and he helped me. I didn't get his name he is a bald male. He was very friendly and he has so much passion for the people he has restored my faith. That no matter what job you have you have to be passionate about we will be back.
