The wait times are often long, and I noticed that the staff do not wear gloves while handling food, which is concerning. This location definitely needs some improvements. The flow of traffic, both entering and exiting, can be quite chaotic throughout the day. However, the food is generally good when it's available. I found that the drive-thru is quicker than going inside.
The service was decent and the food was acceptable. However, the gravy at this Bojangles was surprisingly different from what I'm used to at other locations. Being from the South, I found it less appealing than expected. On the bright side, the staff were friendly!
Bojangles doesn't quite measure up to what it used to be in the 90s. The sweet potato pies felt greasy, the rice lacked flavor, and the mac and cheese was just average. While the staff provided excellent service, I was disappointed with the food overall.
The restaurant was extremely busy, and despite my simple order, they kept messing it up. The drive-thru felt chaotic, with the woman repeatedly calling out my order. When I got home, I found that my husband's order was totally incorrect—he received plain sausage biscuits instead of the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits we had asked for. However, the manager was very kind and offered to replace our entire order.
