There were ple... read more I had a frustrating experience this morning when a group in a white SUV stopped right in the middle of the road to drop off one of their workers. There were plenty of available parking spots, so it was completely unnecessary. Things escalated when the employees in the SUV began to follow me, shouting and throwing things out of the window. If your staff can’t manage their guests’ behavior on company property, they shouldn’t be representing your business. As an update, it seems Dunkin' prefers to hire individuals who behave inappropriately and show little regard for decorum. I've lost respect for this franchise owner and for Dunkin' as a whole.

The staff were huddled together chatting, and we were told that the lobby closes at 7:00 PM, so we had to finish up and leave. The coffee was incredibly fresh, and her customer service was outstanding! Great job!
