I placed an order for food at 7pm and was told it would take an hour and a half for delivery. I have now been waiting for 2 and a half hours with no food delivered. When I tried calling the restaurant, they picked up the phone and then hung up on me. We used to be regular customers, but after this experience, we will never order from there again. I am extremely disappointed.
First time used. Ordered and paid online. 10 mins before delivery time they cancelled order. didn’t let us know. Tried ringing no answer disgraceful service. Not going to use them again
I arrived at the restaurant and waited for an hour for my order, but it was ultimately cancelled without any notification. I only found out after waiting for so long. I had paid by card and received a confirmation.
Now shut for good by the looks of it. Boarded up!
Always had decent takeaway from here but last night's was the worst Indian I have ever had
