I felt as if I watched my watch and still had no control over it, so not the best! staff very polite and beautiful, but not the most relaxing lunch I had.

However, on our la... read more We have ordered chicken shish kebabs for delivery from Rayleigh Kebab many times during lockdown and have always been happy with the quality. However, on our last two orders, despite requesting no sauce, the chicken was very spicy (chilli heat). This made it difficult for us to eat, especially considering the high price of over £18. When we contacted Rayleigh Kebab about this issue, they explained that it was due to the marinade they had used, which they claimed should have been used up by now. Unfortunately, they did not offer a refund or any other form of compensation. This lack of customer service and quality control is a major concern for us, as we could have had an allergic reaction to the chilli. As a result, we are hesitant to order from them again in the future.
