It brought back memories... read more I recently sampled the vegan chocolate chip cookie from Bight's market stall in Rayleigh, and I was blown away by how delicious it was. It brought back memories of the non-vegan cookies I used to enjoy in the past. It was even better than the one I had from a vegan bakery stall in Greenwich a few days ago. I'm excited to try their Oreo cookie next. Keep up the fantastic work!

I will definitely be returning. Their takeaway coffee and toast are also excellent. I highly recommend trying the tomato and pesto on toast.
