No customer service, rude, get sneered at by the staff as you didn't like the look of the old dry muffin they served up (obviously one of the many that was left... read more No customer service, rude, get sneered at by the staff as you didn't like the look of the old dry muffin they served up (obviously one of the many that was left over from days back), and then they ask if you want a sprinkle of cocoa power on top of your weak coffee...yes please...then charge 85p for it ,never again, let the same ones that sit in there for hours each day nursing 1 coffee day have it, , too many coffee shops around serving fresher muffins with far better staff.

It was so empty and flat that I had to push it aside when I found two ends of a red onion in it. I think BB's should just stick to making cakes and drinks, because their cherry muffin was delicious and their tea was perfect.
