What Cody Holman doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I received the wrong order and I understand that mistakes happen. However, when I tried to call to correct it, the apologetic manager hung up on me before I could fully explain. I attempted to call again to clarify that I simply wanted the correct order I had paid for, but they never answered the phone. It seems like a new management team is necessary. View all feedback.
