We had a very authentic Italian experience at La Colina Ristorante in Rochester, Michigan. We started with the Burrata Caprese which had the best flavor, although a little small in size. Our next order was the Linguine Nere Allo Scoglio which is the ?squid ink linguine?. This was amazing. Very rich in flavor along with the seafood toppings. I can think of many restaurants I could spend well over $100 for for the 2 of of us for dinner (no alcohol) and enjoy it much more than this! This was an extremely overpriced, under quality and tasteless meal and overall, a terrible dining experience. My pasta dish tasted like the sauce was made from Campbell's Cream of Tomato Soup.
