I have never experienced a bad meal at this restaurant. While the service can be slow, it's understandable given the current state of the industry—many places are short-staffed because fewer people are willing to work hard. They have great service, beer variety, and their prime rib is easily the best in town!
I live in Winona, we come to Rochester for a few different reasons time to time. Movies, concerts, shopping. One day we happened upon wanting to get a bite to eat after a movie at the Paragon, and found that Whistle Binkies was right across the road. Now it’s on my mind every time we are up in Rich. VERY GOOD FOOD! Never had a bad experience. Nice atmosphere. Kind employees. Clean environment. I love coming here!
It was exceptional food! Generous portions. I got the Irish stew, so good!
