While many patrons rave about the delicious food and attentive service, they share differing experiences regarding wait times and noise levels. Some diners enjoy monthly visits, praising the prime rib and burgers, while others express disappointment over cold meals or slow service during busy events. Despite occasional issues, the welcoming staff and satisfying dishes, like the honey BBQ chicken wrap and chocolate cake, make it a reliable choice for a laid-back meal in a convenient location.
Excellent service. Delicious food! I appreciate the call to confirm the reservation. It was my first Timw, the Open Table.
We meet here almost every month because it's halfway between us and family. But we wouldn't go anywhere else. The food and service is excellent. We always ask for a specific table and have never been disappointed. They never try to get out. Also the manager always comes by to check on us and sometimes even has some great jokes.
The food was a good service probably lacked too busy nice atmosphere, but noise levels a little high. We're going back.
Ordered the steak tips and tacos. They were delicious. They had a friendly staff as well.
We went here before going to the Rochester Opera House to see the Christmas Carol. It was our first time eating here. The food was excellent. The service was very slow because there was a party going on in their function room and it took a while before we got our dinners. I would highly recommend but be sure there aren't any functions going on before you make reservations. Plenty of parking in the back and handicap accessible.
