Pizza Hut - Rochester

Asking for well done and brought to my room was quickly well done and simply very nice people in the load when I called. a store and experience

We ordered the chicken Alfredo. It was very good and cheesy and crispy on top. It arrived hot and included silverware. Sometimes places forget especially when you're at a hotel. The delivery person was very pleasant and polite.The only negative is there could've been more chicken. The competition uses more.

Great food great service! Not a place for indoor dining, but there are parks near by.

I've had good service from here for years, but the last couple of times they've been really light on the sauce just like a few of the other recent reviews mention. Seems like they're trying to cut corners due to inflation because it used to be fine. Today I called to complain because it was too dry to accept and they offered a credit for the price of my pizzas (I'd prefer them done right the first time, but I'm fine with credit for another chance).I also noticed after the fact that if you choose the extra sauce option, it doesn't cost any more (unlike how extra cheese does), so I'll sure be trying that next time to try get a good amount of sauce again. I'll try to update this afterwards as to how well that works to solve the current sauce problem.

They make a really good pizza if you're into the pizza hut type of pizza. Quick and easy for nights on the go is what i think its good for. It will never be a large new York style pizza with greasy cheese you fold in half and bite even though you're burning the roof of your mouth with hot grease but you can't wait cause it tastes so freaking amazing..... no, this is pizza hut and it is cardboard crust and tasteless marinara but in a quick fix and budget it fits the bill. This location doesn't really have a dine in area. I mean there are like 2 high top tables you can sit at but you at right there by the door and counter and it's not very inviting to enjoy a meal. So just order to go here. They are fast and haven't had any issues with wrong orders or too long of a wait.
