OpaOpa is hit or miss. The food is great when they take the time to make it. Otherwise it feels slapped together and rushed. Then the service, I normally get to go, I get home and there have been a few times where I have not received the right or complete order. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have lived in Rochester for 20+ years and never have tried Obba. I tried Opa Opa for the first time about three weeks ago and have been back at least four times since. The food is delicious.
