We love Cameo! Their children's menu is wonderful with large portions and ice cream to boot! I am vegetarian and the chef even swapped out some tofu for chicken in my dish even though it wasn't advertised. They take such good care of you. Definitely one of our favorites in town. View all feedback.
What Kanaaz Pereira doesn't like about Cameo:
We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come to our table after we were seated, and it took another 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Throughout our meal, no one checked on us to see if the food was okay or if we needed any additional drinks. The food was average, the service was below standard, and the ambiance was also mediocre. Cameo was full, the energy noise level felt right. eating as usual was wonderful-they really know how to recipe and build a meal - and although very busy, serviced was prompt, efficient and poised.
My absolute favorite restaurant. I am simply gutted Cameo is closing. I'm looking forward to what Zach and Danika have planned for the future.
Food was stellar. I had the chicken schnitzel and it might be in my top 5 meals ever! It was pretty loud and the tables were closer together than I remember. Being only open a few more days, we knew it would be busy.
A pleasant experience as always! Will miss the Cameo dining experience immensely when they close the doors this weekend!
Really bummed to hear Cameo will be closing. This was our first visit for date night and we loved our experience. The atmosphere was clean and intimate, the service was attentive, and the food was phenomenal. Crossing my fingers Cameo is only temporarily closed as we would love to visit again!
