What B Browne doesn't like about Bruegger's Bagels:
Bought a bagel 6-15-22, and it was not a bagel. Bagels are puffy and chewy, this was flat, hard and dry. No chew AT ALL. Hardly any cream cheese either. It was just baaaaad. I 've had Bruegers bagels before, and they were ok. How do you screw up flour, water, salt and yeast?? View all feedback.

They have the best bagels and lox in Minnesota! They add cream cheese, tomatoes and capers. We go their everytime we're at the Mayo Clinic. It brings a little joy to our day.
Excellent service and friendly. Even handwrapped bagels to contain the freshness and savory scent from plain bagels. Great job BB folks. Thank you, we will be back!!!
The food was on par with other Bruegger's I've been to and the service was friendly and attentive. The bagel sandwiches are soft and good. This is not a NY style and quality bagel ???? joint but it's a good chain for bagels in the Midwest.
Great service! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great as well. A little hard to find if you don't know where it is.
