However our UK booking company h... read more We came across this bar restaurant by chance. We had booked into the Residences Bouganvilla that surround the beautiful Marina. However our UK booking company had provided inadequate instructions of where we could pick up the keys. We were getting tired and dissallusioned until we.. fell into this bar. Patrick was our knight in shining armour and came to our aid. He and his wife are charming people with a great sense of humour providing excellent service with a smile. A great place for a snack or a drink by the beautiful Marina. Fastidiously clean. Thanks

Having gone to Rochefort to see the NAO Victoria and arriving when the ship was closes for lunch we started to look for somewhere we could have a sandwich and s... read more Having gone to Rochefort to see the NAO Victoria and arriving when the ship was closes for lunch we started to look for somewhere we could have a sandwich and some rest from the midday sun. Having walked a while with our year old...(nearly) we came across Jac'Lobo. Excellent seating by the marina and the menu was excellent for our needs with a choice of sandwiches and light lunches. We ordered our drinks and they were brought swiftly and we selected a ham sandwich for our son, and croque Monsieur's for ourselves. Unfortunately, there were no sandwiches available as they had run out of bread so we selected the formula enfant. They brought our sons first which was good so that he could start before us and stop getting bored. His steak hache and frites was very good and by the amount he ate we can only presume he enjoyed it. Our Croque Monsieur's were delicious and came with an ample side salad. Service was excellent and couldn't fault the food. Everything was also very reasonably priced.

The service was fast and... read more While visiting the port of Rochefort, we stopped for lunch on the glass-enclosed terrace of the Jac'Lobo restaurant. We ordered pizzas. The service was fast and the pizzas were excellent. The view of the port is very pleasant. The welcome is friendly, and the prices are very affordable. A great option for a lunch break while enjoying the scenery of Rochefort's marina.

T... read more I didn't know the city and I arrived from the train station at the marina, it was around 9am and I stayed there until 12:22pm for one reason: this restaurant. The setting is very beautiful, the staff is warm and welcoming and the food was excellent! I recommend you go there because even being alone I had a good time there. Thank you to the 2 people who served me, it was a great discovery for me.
