Contribute FeedbackDespite some service hiccups, the food at this restaurant was highly praised by customers. However, there were issues with dessert orders being forgotten and delays in receiving the full order. The lack of vegan options was disappointing for some, but others were pleased with the gluten-free and dairy-free dessert options provided by a helpful staff member named Von. The atmosphere varied, with one group surprised by a crowded football fan presence while others enjoyed cocktails and lunch in a great setting. Overall, the food quality and accommodating service received positive feedback from patrons.
The food was impeccable. I ordered the carvery and it was excellent. However, we had a disappointing experience with the dessert service. We ordered four sweets but only received one initially. We waited for the other three for twenty five minutes, only to find out that the order had been left behind the counter. Unfortunately, we had to leave without receiving the rest of our desserts as we had to travel back to the Midlands. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking.
Ben really is a credit to the Sandbrook, very welcoming, helpful and cheery, constantly checking we were OK. Fabulous service will 100% be back again:

A perfect little place for some lunch and cocktails! All the food is always amazing!! The deal for cocktails is a must buy! 2 for £12 amazing! Friend staff and a great atmosphere love coming here!
