While some appreciated the quick service and enjoyable meals, others faced long wait times, cold food, and unclean tables. Customers reported frustration with the ordering process at touchscreen stations overwhelmed by crowds, leading to delays in food delivery. Additionally, several noted a decline in staff attention and service quality, resulting in a less welcoming atmosphere. Despite an appealing menu and some positive moments, many visitors left feeling disappointed, expressing reluctance to return until improvements are made in both service and cleanliness.
I ordered a fillet of fish without tartar sauce for my hungry child at the restaurant. However, when we got home and opened the box, despite the label stating 'no tartar sauce', the burger was covered in tartar sauce which made it difficult for my child to eat it.
I have been sitting here for nearly 39 minutes, and the food is cold. Manager Bailey seems to be having a bad day, but that is no excuse for the poor customer service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing from beginning to end.
This is (unfortunately) our local McDonald’s and our kids like Maccies, so we are stuck with this joke of a restaurant. It’s become past a joke now, every single order is wrong, missing food, wrong items, awful customer service from disinterested staff and if you need to use the toilets when in there, hold you nose, poor hygiene standards. This is the worst McDonald’s in the UK , must be. Avoid at all costs , honestly drive somewhere else it’s dire, avoid, avoid, avoid
Food is always wrong and chips cold, went yo the drive through then told to park up go wait 15mins then meals wrong. You get charged 60p for sour cream then never get it.
After visiting this store over the last 12 months I have found that the service has been appalling I was in the drive through for over 20 mins I even phone the store and asked what the hold up was I was told that a customer refused to move until they got the food surely a manager should have stepped in and sorted it out simple. The owner has two stores in Rochdale at kingsway and sandbrook park I do think he needs to have a good hard think who manages his business as the reviews are terrible on trip adviser I could go on but I can’t be bothered
