Hotel was rated among expectations for a 3 star hotel. Really disappointing and would not recommend Pros: The only positive aspect of the hotel was the friendly staff on the front panel. Mr. Paint was very nice and cooperative. This is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1 The location of the hotel was next to the Marmolada Glacier Cable Car Cons: The room stinked and was not clean. There were some large carpet spots in the room The bathroom was small, the water hose nozzle had failed, and the shower drain was wide open without drain cover People spoke loudly next to the hotel entrance, the noise cascade to the room. Very annoying The price is overrated for the hotel, also with the season Breakfast was very bad and had only eggs Croissant, Lettice with tomatoes and a coffee machine that did not smell well. Dinner was included in my package and I skipped it because the expectation was extremely low and did not want to sleep on an empty stomach The hotel was very old. Renovation is of utmost importance to keep the business in this place. The swimming pool was closed!

Nice place. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms renovated, large parking spaces. I recommend the bar at the hotel very friendly staff. The food was average. All fresh, but not very tasty.

Very expensive bad services. Good location, excellent for skiers (near the lift to the glacier). Unfortunately, the hotel staff is not professional (English is a very foreign language). Cheap furniture and small rooms. Eat something above average.

Very stressful hotel. We arrived and nobody could explain properly where our room ist. It was in another building. Room is very dark and not comfy at all. No WiFi in the room. Dinner was unorganized. Nobody explained how it works. You had to wait with 200 other people in the lobby until one main waiter slowly put everyone to his table by looking at thousand peaces of paper. It took maybe 45 Min to place all people but dinner is only 90 Min. On the table the waiter said someone will come to us. Nobody came. And we hat to ask if we could go to buffet. It was no joy at all. We only stayed for one night and I was so glad to leave to enjoy holiday somewhere else again.

Beatifull deer steak. Recommended to taste deer goulash. Real Italian local Restoraunt in the Dolomitic region. Try to taste pizza from wood Owen
