REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPT This is the most overpriced, disgusting, trash restaurant. Mason the “manager” is absolutely useless and everyone that works there is dirty. I paid $22 for the garbage in this picture and Mason will do absolutely nothing to reimburse me. When I called to complain Mason said their freezers weren’t working properly and someone was coming to service them next week. Absolutely disgusting that... View all feedback.
Very good food but very bad service, drop soya sauce on my wife's dress didn't even say sorry, Very causally walked away. Didn't provide chopsticks with sushi we had to ask. Pls keep experienced courteous staff.
Food was delicious and the portions are huge. I got the filet and scallop hibachi, i are some at the restaurant and still had it for 2 meals as left overs. The service was TERRIBLE. we had to ask for refills everytime just for them to be forgotten about. We ended up going to the service station and refilling our own water. Our waiter forgot my sushi, tried taking our full plates as we were still eating. we had to ask for silver wear and chopsticks.
Sadly no hibachi at lunch during the week due to staffing but food still awesome. Nice owners. Generous portions.
Do not go and eat here. About 2 years ago my spouse and I came to this location and had a hibachi dinner. I tipped the chef $20 for his show. On the bill I tipped to waitress $5, because she barely did anything. When we got up to leave I was confronted by the manager that I needed to tip more. I told him I already tipped the chef but that wasn't good enough. We have gone back maybe 8 times in the past 2 years and every time the manager approaches me and berates me about tipping on the bill and not the chef. We are going to the Cranberry location for lunch today, hope it is better. Also in reading the reviews I see that at the Robinson location they are adding tips into the bill. Make sure to read the receipt
Not one good bite of steak in my meal tonight usally is good but wow 30$ meal not even a bite of good steak got dished a bad peice bcuz I did takeout thanks guys! Every peice hard and rubbery and pink smh go to saga up the road my folks.
