I ate here several months back and the food was not terrible for mall court food. Had lunch here yesterday, ordered lo mein and bourbon chicken. Inedible. The chicken was hard as a rock and clearly not fresh. The lo mein noodles were cold. Bizarre. View all feedback.

From the county board of health: Unsafe food condition, hot food held at unsafe temperature, cold food held at unsafe temperature, failure to use the food thermometer to monitor food temperatures, inadequate cross-contamination prevention, inadequate cleaning and sanitizing, lack of a Certified Food Protection Manager, and lack of demonstration of knowledge.
For some reason, I low key love this China Max! I’ve ate here multiple times over the years and I haven’t been disappointed yet. It’s mall Chinese food, so you’re getting what you pay for. This isn’t gourmet Chinese. For the cheap price of $10, you get a heaping amount of rice or lo mien and choice of chicken. I suggest trying it if you’re near the mall and craving Chinese!
