KFC - Robinson
KFC
Description
KFC in Robinson presents a mixed bag of dining experiences, with some patrons enjoying the comfort of classic fried chicken and friendly service. However, recurring concerns about food quality, such as undercooked chicken and tough biscuits, raise red flags. Many have reported issues with order accuracy and poor customer service, especially when seeking refunds for spoiled meals. The discontinuation of the buffet has also disappointed long-time customers. With its lobby reopening, there is hope for improvement, yet the lingering doubts about order fulfillment and food standards leave some hesitant to return.

Every time I've gone to request my refund, I've been told it's unavailable, and the staff has treated me poorly. During my most recent visit, I was even yelled at as if I were at fault for simply asking for my money back. I've been given two gift certificates—one during my initial attempt to collect my refund and another sent to me by mail. Despite being consistently assured that my refund is ready, it’s never available when I go to pick it up. They knowingly served me spoiled food, yet somehow I find myself being blamed for asking for my refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. You could end up with expired food, risking your health, and facing blame if you seek compensation!
I haven't been to this restaurant in quite some time because of the low food quality, and I regret giving it another shot today. The biscuits were hard, the chicken was undercooked and rubbery, and the mac and cheese was completely inedible. That's it for us; we won't be coming back.
This is the worst KFC I've ever visited. The buffet is often empty, and the manager seems to excuse the poor service and staff incompetence. She claims they are always short-handed, but I've counted the employees visible, and that clearly isn't the case. The restaurant is dirty, and it's hard to find a clean table. When you ask to add items to the buffet, the staff reacts as if you made an outrageous request. Whether you order from the buffet or take out, the manager consistently justifies her lack of customer care. KFC's corporate team should consider replacing this manager with someone who can actually improve the service. The menu quality does not make up for the disappointing experience.
I've come to expect that my drive-thru orders at KFC often get mixed up. While the food is tasty, it seems the staff might be underpaid, overworked, or perhaps both. Maybe raising prices to ensure better wages for them would help. Then again, it’s hard to say if that would improve order accuracy. In any case, a price increase could be justified to better support the employees.
