For me this should be used only for class... read more First of all, if you don 't know the mike 's restaurant at all don 't let yourself get fooled by the trattoria term... For me this should be used only for classical family Italian restaurant. Don 't get me wrong they serve good food with an Italian twist, but if you are a foodie craving for an authentic Italian meal this is definitely not the place where you 'll be enjoying a delicious, an tasty Italian delice . However, if you 're simply looking forward for a simple Italian style restaurant, they offer a wide variety of pizza an sub a reasonable price. Service was very good, but depending on the person you talk to you may have some difficulties to order in English (They do understand the basics, and if they don 't feel comfortable they 'll get someone who is). The don 'y have delivery but you can make an order and drive by to get it to go. Hope this help ! Martin

We chose seafood linguine me), carbonara linguine him). Very disappointing indeed. The pasta was cooked properly al dente), but tepid by the time it reached us. My sauce was nothing special, and there were only a couple of lumps of sea food in the dish. Also, mushrooms were raw, just sliced and scattered over the top. This was NOT up to any sort of standard I had ever experienced anywhere else in the world. Have had this dish in Japan! Where it was great! Husband's pasta was also similarly disappointing. Watching other dishes being served, saw decent looking salads and fries on big plates. But would I take the risk and go there again? Or to any Mikes? No chance. Staff were charming. But food lets them down big time.

The rest of the dinner was pretty regular. However, the service done by the waiter was fine. I wouldn't repeat again.
