I loved this little spot. It was a bit dirty, but the food was inexpensive and very good and the staff were kind and helpful. The specialty French Fries were especially good. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure I will be going back again. View all feedback.

I love a good diner but this unfortunately is not one. We have been going to the barrel for the last year since moving to the area and breakfast was good, quick and hot but in the last few months the food has went downhill. The food was great and my parents loved it, just wish it was much bigger but overall it was great.
As good today as when I was a girl in the 70's. Excellent food and great frosted mugs of root beer.
I've been going to the barrels for over 35 years. And I still love their food and the atmosphere and the waitress was very kind.
