This restaurant is so good!! I have some of the reviews and as often as we read? ve eaten here over the years, we never had a problem, so please don't go through them. We are addicted to her Pho as the best? ve had and the server is very informative if you? not sure what to order. We usually get normal chicken pho, number 19 or 19b if you like curry as I do! My mother has mobility problems and it's so easy to get the... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho Saigon:
We went in, sat down, and after we had order and got our Boba tea and appetizers, the waitress told us that the cook was not there yet. The chef arrived at the restaurant only after about 50 minutes. It took an hour to get our food. As a word for the wise, make sure that the boss is there when you sit. We weren't sure if we did your food experience or not. View all feedback.
The worst Vietnamese restaurant I have visited in my entire life! The Pho was made from bullion cubes. Prctically NO meat in the soup. Noodles WRONG! NO patrons during our visit. I wonder why??? NOT!
Went on Mother’s Day. They were busy but sat us quickly. The pho and vermicelli bowl was delicious! Staff was friendly. They passed out roses to all the mothers in the building
Beef noodle soups were good. The services were just ok because the servers were young kids making out in the restaurant
The service was terrible. When we ordered, the server gave us attitude when we asked for extra lime and jalapeños. When we tried to summon the server for some cilantro, she didn’t come to us. Instead, she waited by the register and we had to yell across the restaurant. The server was on the phone when we asked for cilantro; and they didn’t even have any. All pho places I’ve been to has cilantro for customers to put as they like. The pho also tasted watered down. When I asked for some extra fish sauce, they gave me vinegar with chili pepper flakes. When my husband paid for our meal, he noticed the door was open next door to a nail salon. The nail salon and pho restaurant are a joined ownership; but why would you leave the door open by the kitchen where people cook and there’s feet, hands, and nail polish/remover next door ? DON’T eat here. Go to the other Pho place on Williamson Rd; “It’s Pho Time”.
The service was great and your food comes out really fast, but our main course food was warm not hot when we received it and the pork in our Pho was a little underdone from what I believe is not getting a chance to cook in the broth enough. Although it tasted good, these things made us question whether it wasn't reheated prepackaged food/frozen food instead of cooked when we got there. Although I've eaten at places with reheated food, it made our meal personally taste mediocre. That aside, I enjoyed their Boba Tea here because the Boba was actually chewy where at other places I've gone the Boba can be hard and the flavor of the tea was good. I wish I was able to get a bigger cup! Prices are decent and there wasn't a wait to sit. Presentation of food is great and our appetizer was good. @NokesideFoodie
