They clearly treat every pizza with great care, as if it were their top priority. Deliveries are always quick, often arriving earlier than expected, and if there’s ever a slight delay, they call to inform me. One of the long-standing staff members, who takes my orders and delivers my pizzas, makes the experience feel personal and trustworthy—like having a dependable mechanic you can count on. I believe his name is Bob. Mr. Jim's has been my favorite pizza spot for years.

From the people who answer the phone to the delivery drivers, I?m always very pleased with how well they treat their customers!And to top it off, the pizza?s and cookie dessert are delicious! Corporate needs to give kudos to the people at this location,because they are truly amazing!
