I tried the hand-stretched pepperoni and mushroom pizza with a garlic butter crust, and it was one of the best pizzas I've found around here. I'll certainly be returning! Thank you.

It's far superior to both Papa John’s and Pizza Hut. At first, I placed my order and was about to hang up when the staff member mentioned it would take 45 minutes. I thought about canceling, but she encouraged me to call back if I changed my mind, saying that 45 minutes was just an estimate. She was absolutely right! When I called back to reorder, Mr. Jims impressed me by delivering a piping hot pizza in just 20 minutes.

They clearly treat every pizza with great care, as if it were their top priority. Deliveries are always quick, often arriving earlier than expected, and if there’s ever a slight delay, they call to inform me. One of the long-standing staff members, who takes my orders and delivers my pizzas, makes the experience feel personal and trustworthy—like having a dependable mechanic you can count on. I believe his name is Bob. Mr. Jim's has been my favorite pizza spot for years.

From the people who answer the phone to the delivery drivers, I?m always very pleased with how well they treat their customers!And to top it off, the pizza?s and cookie dessert are delicious!
