Food was pretty good, but despite several attempts, the staff had difficulties getting the order right. Nothing complicated, or special instructions. Just an inability to focus on details. View all feedback.
Take out took an hour after they said it would be ready. You'd be better off ordering from Outback for steaks to be ready when promised.
It started out with waiting 5 minutes or more for someone to seat us, then we get to the table which was so sticky our napkins and menus stuck to it. Then we waited 10/15 minutes for our server to show. Got our drinks and rolls pretty quick but the little plates for the rolls were so dirty we couldn't use them ? On top of an already horrible experience we waited an hour for our food which by the way arrived to the table cold and had hair in one of the plates. Not sure why it took so long considering the place was completely empty and there was at least 7 workers. Also our table was right beside the phone which rang the whole time we were there cause no one would answer it. Let me just say I will NEVER go back EVER! Total waste of my time and money. I honestly should have been given a total refund! If you are considering this as an option....run away!!!! Worst experience of my life!
Food was nasty ? don’t go there people your wasting your money and time the waitress was the only good thing about this place
Logan's will shut down soon if their level of service does not improve. I hadn't been there in quite some time and wanted to visit. I had noticed the amount of cars there has been less than past days for a while. My experience would explain why. I wasn't greeted for nearly ten minutes upon entering though several employees looked at me. Then, when finally greeted, was told that they weren't sure if I was there to dine in or not. Perhaps they would have known had they asked?.. Was walked to a table but the atmosphere felt off so I just left. I see some recent reviews that are similar and some that are great reviews. I take it that your experience depends on who is working at the time you go. My experience was very reminiscent of Applebee's before they closed down at VV. I ended up going to Red Robin instead and had a pleasant dining experience.
