Arianna was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely return because of her excellent service. The food was outstanding, and the restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere. I come from the southern region where we don't have many authentic restaurants. We have some good ones, but Frank's has completely changed my view on Italian cuisine! It's truly amazing. The prices are decent, the staff is friendly, and the food is exceptional. I give it a 5 for both the food and service, and a 4 for the atmosphere.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The house salad was okay, but the pizza was disappointing. It tasted like a bland frozen pizza with extra toppings thrown on top. The service was good, I would rate it a 5 out of 10. The atmosphere was pleasant, I would also give it a 5 out of 10. Overall, the food was a 2 out of 10, and the price per person was $10–20 for dinner.

Food fell off when the son took over. Quality standards are nowhere to be seen. We kept ordering take out hoping to see improvements but never did. Pizza crust had been left out all day before baking. Chewed like rubber similar to a soggy rawhide bone your dogs been chewing on for an hour. I actually cracked my jaw a bit trying to chew a piece of crust enough to swallow it. We spend the extra 5 minutes in the car to take our business to Sals now.
