Elmo's Pizza Subs - Roanoke

Amber and her staff make fantastic pizza. I just had a thin crust meat lover's, no ham with extra cheese and banana peppers that is possibly the 2nd best pizza I've ever had in my life. Great job Elmos!

The guy took my order over the phone said it would be 20 minutes. I sent my husband to pick up the food. He comes back another 25 minutes later with the wrong food bc they didn't write down my order or cook it. So my husband just guess what I ordered.These kids need to do their job correctly.

I just picked up a pizza from their ready-made section, where they have sandwiches and pizzas available. I come here all the time, but today was different. Whoever was baking or preparing the pizza seemed to leave the crust completely undercooked—it was just raw dough, barely baked at all. It looked like they had simply rolled it out and added the sauce. I called to let them know that I had just bought one 10 minutes ago and that the crust was still raw!

I called three times with no response, then tried two more times and found the line busy. After another attempt, there was still no answer. I decided to place my order at the drive-thru. The service was quick, but my breakfast snack wrap was prepared incorrectly. There was no sausage patty, and instead, it had hash browns in it. Additionally, one half of my wrap was hot while the other half was cold.

I was surprised to find a burnt dish waiting for me when I got home from Roanoke in Elmo's.
