Cups Coffee and Tea - Roanoke

The coffee was pretty good. Unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude. I even regret buying. I do not leave any reviews unless a business is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. my family has a long-term business and we would have fired it for the notes she has done to me. I will not return.

No thanks.. I had a very unsatisfactory experience at Cups and most likely won't be going back. The coffee is not good at all and I was off-put by the whole A, B, C, DD cup thing...kind of uncomfortable, and not exactly appropriate. I'm not sure why people think that it's funny or acceptable, it's weird. The wireless password is totally disgusting.

Large coffee, rude owner. I do not live too far from this caffe, so it is nothing for me to go there and have a nice cup of caffeine. I love the unique decorative atmosphere in the shop, and the biggest part is the service great. that is, I find the owner very annoying as she police the floors and antagonizes the mozens when they don't have a cup of something before them. I understand that she doesn't like loitering, and the people just stand off from the Wi-Fi, but she could be much more tactical in her approach! the Roanoke Valley is the home of more than a few caffes to choose! even mcdonald’s has internet! Owner is rude. I visited this coffee shop for a few weeks, worked remote for several hours, always several purchases, while there. on the other day the owner goes in, comes directly to my table and announces loudly that I did not have enough food coffee for the time I bought this day there. No matter, there are or other people who were longer than me. I had noticed that she stumbled around the load who bought people, but did not expect this level of rest. some regular think maybe that you're behaving sweet or endearing by thinking about the landers they'd just badly manned and call boorish.

Cup half full. Though the shop and the coffee are great, the owner woman who works there is VERY unpleasant and seems mad that you are patronizing her store.
