What's the point of ordering in advance?... read more I placed an order through the app and was given a pickup time of 6:50 PM. However, my order wasn't ready until 7:14 PM. What's the point of ordering in advance? Interestingly, the app indicated that my order was ready at 6:50, instructing me to proceed to the window. It seems like the employees mark orders as complete just to maintain their service times for corporate reporting, leaving customers to wait until it's actually finished. While I was waiting, I decided to order an additional bowl, which was ready in just five minutes—how does that make sense? I went to the website to file a complaint, but the chatbot just apologized, insisted my order was delivered on time, and ended the conversation. After reading the reviews, it’s clear this location has a consistent problem, and corporate seems unable to listen or take action to improve the situation.

Worst chipotle in this area.. every time one or two items will be not available.. many times rice is partially cooked and hard.. when there is any item about to... read more Worst chipotle in this area.. every time one or two items will be not available.. many times rice is partially cooked and hard.. when there is any item about to be done and only little bit left , they just try to adjust that with 5 more people which suppose to be for one person .. instead of refilling and serving proper quantity they keep on giving one spoon and make the bowl as lighter they can .. this has been a practice in this location no matter who is serving it .. may be the manager is same .. never experienced this in any other chipotle such practice

All the drink machines were working except one. The service was great we got our food really fast. Overall I know some chipotles can be disgusting but this one was very clean and recommend going to it.

Not as many staff works during a busy time of day. I know times have changed. I always get a salad bowel. There use to be such big chunks of meat I couldn't eat it all. Tonight I got a spoon full of minced chicken. I was there last week and recognized the change but tonight it was glaring. Very disappointing.

When I arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up my pre-paid order, I ended up waiting for ten minutes. Frustrated, I decided to park and go inside. Once I got in, I was informed that my order wasn't ready yet. I had to wait another 15 minutes before it finally came out, and to top it off, my order only included about three pieces of chicken, and my chips were missing.
